Application Scenarios of XPS Composite Boards of Different Thicknesses :

Yutoo XPS composite boards can generally be used on walls of various materials, such as concrete, brick masonry, or framing, and can be used as a backing layer, moisture-proof layer, insulation layer, or residential flooring, depending on the construction purpose.

XPS composite boards of 40mm and above can be used for roof insulation.

30mm XPS composite boards can be used in basements or interconnections requiring insulation. 

20mm XPS composite boards can be used not only on 60cm spacing Quick-Installation Metal Studs and leveled concrete walls (with mortar backing for self-leveling), but also for pipe wrapping, wall-mounted bracket cladding, stair tread slab installation, swimming pool ceiling backing, and kitchen countertops/ceilings. 

12mm XPS composite boards can be used on 30cm to 40cm spacing Quick-Installation Metal Studs for walls, partitions, or ceilings, and can also be used as a decorative backing for leveled interconnections. 

10mm XPS composite boards can be used for ceilings. 

6mm XPS composite boards can be used as a base for plywood or OSB on joist-backed walls and provide a base layer for slab installation.
